My Spirit
What is a poem if not a song
of life and hope and
seasons gone
How fair it seems to ask of you
what is art
what is true
But what of this,
I hate to say,
they call it art
leaves me restless
only questions fill my mind
No peace
No time
No company
Only my hand by which
I have decided.

"International Bank Vaults VIP children's day"
On the 15th of April 2007 I volunteered to help at the International Bank Vaults VIP children's day at the Durban Exhibition Centre. In attendance were 25 children's homes from the greater Durban Area. The Children painted large Murals which will be displayed later in the year through Kizo Gallery at the Gateway Arts Festival in September. It was one of the most rewarding days of my life and will stay with me for a long time. The suffering of Mankind is far greater than the canvas of life......
